How to reach us

Planning to pick up your order in person? You have several options to comfortably reach us. Our building with the logo is easily visible right from the main road in the center of the village. Next to the building in the complex is our warehouse, where you can pick up your ordered goods.

By bus

You can reach Piletice by bus line no. 13 - the Piletice stop is only about a 5-minute walk from us.

By bike

You can easily reach Piletice by bike thanks to the new bike path. From the center of Hradec Králové, it takes about 20 minutes to get to us.

By car

If you're arriving by car, enter the address Piletická 55/36, Hradec Králové into your navigation. Parking is available right in front of the warehouse, and the journey from Hradec Králové takes about 10 minutes.

Before you visit us, please make sure we have sent you an email confirming that your goods are ready for pickup. If you believe the email should have arrived but hasn't, please call us at: +420 495 221 179. We will check the situation.

How to exchange or return a product?

The whole process is super easy! Just fill out the exchange and return form. For each product you want to return, you can choose a replacement or get your money back.
In the form you’ll also find information about sending the product back to our warehouse.

Go to the complaint form and fill in all the necessary details about your order and products. We’ll get back to you right away to sort out the details and arrange possible shipping back to our warehouse.

In the order tracking, open the "Return / Exchange" form – select what you want for each item. Or just visit product exchange and return page directly. Send the package back to us according to the instructions in the form.

You have 14 days to return your package from the moment you receive it. You can find the procedure and address in the "Return / Exchange" form at product exchange and return page.

You have 30 days from the receipt of your package to exchange (for a different size, variant, or other products of the same or higher value). You can set everything up in the "Return / Exchange" form at product exchange and return page.

Fill out the complaint form at complaint page (or please click "Complaint" in your order tracking). Add a photo of the defect or missing item; we’ll get back to you with the next steps.
